Kogi Enterprise Agency to Partner BEBM Exhibitions for December 6 -8 Exhibitions

Kogi Enterprise Agency has offered to partner with Kogi Built Environment and Building Materials Exhibition for the this year’s event.

 

Speaking during an interactive session with the agency’s representatives, the Chairman, Mr. Oladipo Makakese Bayode said Kogi Built Environment and Building Materials Exhibition is an annual event put together to create strong synergy between manufacturers and end users of building materials to guarantee proper use and management of human resources, stressing that this is the biggest housing and construction expo in the state, with its existence since 2016.

He maintained further that the annual event is usually divided into there parts; Exhibition of Building Materials and Talents, Conference/Public Conversation and an Award Ceremony to appreciate those who have contributed to the built environment sector noting that this year’s event which is to begin from 6th and ends on the 8th December 2022, would assemble professionals in building profession including KEDA who is leading in encouraging and promoting MSMEs in Kogi State.

He commended His Excellency, Alh. Yahaya Adoza Bello, for appointing the MD, Mrs Rakiya Onaivo Sani, who has recorded tremendous achievements in enhancing the place of MSMEs in the state.

He solicits the partnership of the agency noting that their quest was to exposed Kogi State to the world in order to ensure its untapped resources are harnessed for the benefit of all.

Responding, the Director of Operations, ESV Akin Akinola who represented the MD, said, the agency has been able to record these achievements as a result of the support and cooperation of His Excellency and the relentless effort of the MD in championing the affairs as a worthy team leader.

He maintained that partnering with BEBM would further give the state the opportunity to showcase its huge mineral resources that is lying untapped and encourage investors both within and outside the state and beyond to invest.

He also said the partnership would further boost the performance of the Small and Medium Scale Enterprises in the state thereby improving the employment opportunities for the youths in the state.
