National Security Council Decision: Direct Immediate Reopening Of Obajana Cement factory

1. The National Security Council is informed of the Appeal Court’s decision to dismiss IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu, and is informed that the government is considering additional appropriate actions to be taken in this regard.

2. According to the Ministry of Police Affairs, Nigerians will be informed of the decision in due course.

3. The national security council directs the immediate reopening of the Obajana Cement factory in Kogi State, suggests that all legal action be taken to resolve any disputes, and affirms that the government is committed to creating jobs.

4. The National Security Council orders the Secretary to the Government of the Federation and the National Security Advisor to form a team to look into all matters involving crude oil.
